Supervises contract security personnel and oversees crime prevention measures in the 88-acre master plan area. Melvin’s responsibilities include conducting building inspections and safety meetings, managing tenant parking, and overseeing loss prevention protocols in building operations.

Manages and administers operations activities, tenant leases, major projects, and contractor/vendor relationships. Jack’s supervisory role includes creation and administration of operating and capital budgets and overseeing security, maintenance staff, and contractor activities.

Manages and administers operations, major projects, and contractor/vendor relationships for our client, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Labs Administration . Responsible for operating and capital budgets and overseeing security, maintenance staff, and contractor activities.

Responsible for tenant relations including tenant complaints, work orders, leases and lease renewals. Karen also manages tenant and community events, including concerts, farmer's markets, outdoor movie nights, and holiday parties.
